Cajun Appetizer Meatballs
Meatballs should be 1" to 1 1/2" in size. Barbecue sauce and preserve flavors are endless, so experiment with some of your favorites to find a combination you like. We used fig preserves and regular sauce on our first batch.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
